Beeston Hall is seeking an exceptional individual to lead our marketing and admissions activity with creativity, energy, and professionalism. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in a vibrant independent school.
We’re looking for someone who combines proven experience in marketing and admissions—ideally within education or a customer-focused environment—with a track record of delivering successful strategies. You’ll be a confident marketing and communications all-rounder, comfortable across the full mix and eager to develop new skills. Strong IT and digital marketing expertise is essential, along with experience using information management systems and embracing new technologies. Creative flair in copywriting, design, and photography will set you apart, as will confidence in managing events and engaging with parents and stakeholders.
Beyond technical skills, we value character. You’ll have a warm, personable nature, building relationships with ease, and a diplomatic, professional approach. High standards and a commitment to excellence are a must, as is the ability to thrive under pressure. We’re looking for an innovative thinker with a strategic, proactive mindset, flexibility, and a can-do attitude. Outstanding English, strong organisational skills, and the ability to analyse and present data clearly are key. Above all, you’ll share empathy for Beeston’s ethos and heritage, ensuring your work reflects our values.
Applicants are encouraged to contact Sophie Langdale, Director of Admissions & Communications at Radley College, to learn more about the role. Please get in touch via - sll.langdale@radley.org.uk or 01235 548570.
We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all backgrounds. Please let us know if you require adjustments during the process.
We will reward the candidate with a competitive salary and benefits package which includes 50% staff fee remission.
