What skills and experience we're looking for

The successful candidate will:

  • Lead and develop the Art Department, ensuring high standards of teaching, learning, and achievement.
  • Deliver engaging and inspiring Art lessons that motivate students and foster creativity.
  • Design and implement an ambitious, inclusive curriculum that meets the needs of all learners.
  • Monitor student progress and use assessment effectively to raise attainment and improve outcomes.
  • Contribute to the wider life of the school through enrichment activities, exhibitions, and collaboration with colleagues, parents, and the wider community.
