The post holder will be responsible for securing high-quality teaching and learning, effective use of resources, and sustained improvement in student outcomes across all key stages, ensuring that all students are supported to achieve their full potential.

The Head of Department will lead the strategic development of Art, promote its value within the school community, and ensure consistency and coherence in curriculum design, assessment and pedagogy.
