The Role: As the Head of Art & Design Technology, you will lead and inspire a dedicated team of teachers across the departments of Art, Textiles, Food Technology, Product Design, and Graphics. Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and delivering an innovative, engaging, and inspiring curriculum in Art, Design & Technology, and Graphics/Photography.
- Ensuring outstanding attainment and progress at all Key Stages.
- Collaborating with an experienced team and providing guidance and support to enhance teaching and learning.
- Championing creativity, innovation, and a passion for the arts in every student.
- Leading the development of new resources and strategies that align with our school’s vision.
You will be a dynamic, flexible, and motivated leader who thrives in a collaborative environment. With excellent decision-making, communication, and teamwork skills, you will inspire both staff and students to achieve excellence.
