If so, we are looking to appoint an outstanding teacher and experienced leader as our Head of Chemistry. You will have the ability to inspire students and staff through your passion for the subject and have a firm belief in the potential of all.

As Head of Chemistry you will have excellent interpersonal skills, a proven record of raising standards, be innovative and inspiring and have the relevant skills to turn ideas and opportunities into success. We are looking for someone who is forward thinking and who will contribute towards the achievement of targets using teaching strategies that stimulate learning appropriate to student needs and the demands of the syllabus ensuring that all students receive a good or better teaching and learning experience in Chemistry. The ability to teach Chemistry to KS5 is essential. A TLR allowance is available for an exceptional candidate or someone with suitable experience looking to take on additional leadership responsibility.
