Beaconsfield High School, an outstanding girls’ grammar school, has a rare opportunity for an energetic, highly motivated Head of Department - Art. We are looking for someone with the vision and ambition to inspire and enthuse students to enhance their interest in Art and lead a highly motivated and enthusiastic team. We seek an outstanding candidate to maintain and build upon this record of success. The post requires teaching across the Key Stages, inspiring and helping our students to enjoy the subject as much as possible. The Creative Arts Faculty is a strong team with a very good track record of examination success.

We are open to ideas that inspire and help our students to enjoy the subject as much as possible. We want to recruit someone who puts students first, proactively focuses on the development, sharing and monitoring of best practice to help across the school so that our students have the best educational opportunities and positive school experience.
