What skills and experience we're looking for

Qualified Teacher Status

Have an inclusive approach to education

Have a positive approach to using ICT

Experience in developing curriculum and assessment

Track record of improving outcomes or students

Have a very good understanding of how the learning of students can be maximised including through the effective use of data

Experience of leading other people

Have very good communication skills

Very good teaching skills

Desire to make a difference to the learning of students

Be prepared to share knowledge and skills with other staff and encourage them to do the same
