PERMANENT POST
1.0FTE MPS/UPS
TLR 2B £5,586.00
The successful candidate will:
- Be an acknowledged outstanding practitioner of Drama.
- Have a clear understanding of the characteristics of high quality teaching and proven experience of teaching across the whole age and ability range.
- Have a developed understanding of exam board requirements.
- Be able to demonstrate their ability to plan high quality, challenging programmes of study for delivery by specialist and non-specialist teachers.
- Be able to demonstrate their commitment to our students.
- Motivate both colleagues and students to work hard and try their best through passing on to them their infectious enthusiasm and passion.
- Actively share good practice and seek to explore ways to improve their own and others’ teaching.
