1.0FTE MPS/UPS

TLR 2B £5,586.00

The successful candidate will:

  • Be an acknowledged outstanding practitioner of Drama.
  • Have a clear understanding of the characteristics of high quality teaching and proven experience of teaching across the whole age and ability range.
  • Have a developed understanding of exam board requirements.
  • Be able to demonstrate their ability to plan high quality, challenging programmes of study for delivery by specialist and non-specialist teachers.
  • Be able to demonstrate their commitment to our students.
  • Motivate both colleagues and students to work hard and try their best through passing on to them their infectious enthusiasm and passion.
  • Actively share good practice and seek to explore ways to improve their own and others’ teaching.
