Head of Department - Geography job summary
Baylis Court School is a popular and oversubscribed school for girls aged 11-18 in Slough, Berkshire. We are seeking to appoint an exceptional Head of Department - Geography to join our fantastic community.

The successful candidate for this post of Head of Department - Geography will demonstrate commitment to their professional development, innovation in relation to their subject specialism as well as the ability to challenge students of different abilities to include the most able. They will be an excellent classroom teacher in their career to date with evidence of successful teaching and a commitment to the wider life of a school. They will be able to demonstrate leadership of a department or wanting to pursue the next step to leadership.
