We offer a supportive and unified working environment where we all have the same simple butambitious goal: Every young person will leave us having exceeded expectations; academically, personally, and socially because we believed in them, challenged them and never settled for less.

We believe every pupil can be a highly successful geographer and we’re looking for someone whoshares that belief, without compromise.

As Head of Geography, you’ll lead with purpose and precision. You’ll inspire curiosity in all students, drive excellence at GCSE, and build a team culture rooted in our core values.

You will be somebody who can enthuse students and staff and is always ‘banging the drum’ forGeography and its importance in the curriculum. You will be a superb teacher with high expectationsof what children can and, under your leadership, will achieve. You will be a good communicator, have a strong moral purpose and you’ll need to be fully committed to our cause: outstanding learningthrough a strong knowledge based curriculum supported by clear pedagogy, consistent routines andultimately our students’ high aspirations.
