As SENDCo you will directly enhance the lives of students with SEND. We have expanded our provision in recent years, and this post of SENDCo is a vital part of that provision. We are looking for someone who can run effective SEND systems to support teaching and learning, who can lead and motivate some of the staff teams within our Inclusion provision and who can contribute to the strategic development of our Inclusion within our school. If you do not have the SENDCo qualification, this is not a barrier, but you would be required to obtain this during the early years following your appointment. • Can inspire other teachers to deliver excellent learning
  • Want to keep learning and growing throughout their career
  • Are committed to helping all our young people to be exceptional, well-qualified and well-rounded people who make a positive contribution to our school, our community and the world

What we will offer:

  • A school where staff ‘value the care and consideration that the school takes regarding their workload’ (Ofsted October 2024)
  • Committed department teams with the autonomy to innovate, within an effective aligned approach to teaching
  • Access to high quality CPD
  • A genuine commitment to staff wellbeing – wellbeing is a core value and staff wellbeing is one of our strategic priorities. We care about our staff as teachers and as people.
