Are you an experienced Teacher looking for the next step in your career? Or are you an experienced Head of Design and Technology seeking a new opportunity?
We are seeking a teaching professional to join our outstanding team here at The Hastings Academy, as we look to appoint a Head of Design and Technology. We particularly welcome applicants who have the ability to teach either food or automotive technologies.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Leading and managing the delivery of the curriculum across the school, ensuring that it is implemented effectively and meets the needs of all students.
- Leading and managing a team of teachers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality teaching and learning.
- Contributing to the school's leadership and management team by promoting the school's vision, values and policies.
