Skills & QualificationsStrong subject knowledge in Design Technology and/or Food & Nutrition
Proven success teaching across Key Stages 3-5
Ability to lead & motivate
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organised, able to prioritise and meet deadlines
Confident in using IT and managing administrative tasks
Understanding of quality assurance processes and curriculum development
Commitment to ongoing professional learning
Collaborative, supportive and committed to team success
Flexible, proactive and solution focused in approach
High professional standards, including punctuality and reliability
Calm, organised and resilient under pressure
Strong commitment to the school’s ethos and raising student achievement
