What the school offers its staff

Our School

Bohunt Farnborough continues to go from strength to strength. In 2025, our GCSE results improved once again, continuing a trend of record-breaking outcomes year after year. In 2024, we were proud to be recognised as one of the top 5% most improved schools in the country—a testament to the dedication of our staff, the resilience of our students, and the unwavering support of our families. This momentum was further acknowledged during an Ofsted pilot visit in July, where inspectors praised the rapid progress of the school under their new framework.

As part of the Bohunt Education Trust, our vision is clear: the highest expectations, an ethos of ‘enjoy, respect, achieve’, unparalleled opportunity, and highly effective teaching combine to develop students who are true game-changers. We are committed to nurturing young people who are not only academically successful but also confident, compassionate, and ready to shape the world around them.

At Bohunt Farnborough, we understand that every student is unique. That’s why we offer bespoke guidance to help each individual discover future pathways—even those they may not yet have imagined. Our curriculum is designed to inspire, challenge, and enrich, while our culture of kindness and hard work ensures that every student feels safe, supported, and empowered to thrive.
