In return, we offer:

  • Opportunities for professional development and career progression within Altus Education Partnership.
  • The chance to shape, develop, and grow a subject within a developing and thriving school.
  • A collaborative culture with high expectations and a relentless focus on student success.

If you are a dynamic teacher ready to take the next step into middle leadership, or an existing subject leader seeking a new challenge within a growing school, we would love to hear from you.

Join us in creating a Drama department that inspires creativity, confidence, and academic excellence through our values of Resilience, Empathy, and Responsibility.
