What skills and experience we're looking for

■ We are seeking an inspirational and ambitious Drama specialist to lead this successful department. The ideal candidate will develop links with other educational and arts organisations in order to enhance the whole school experience of the Arts, as well as collaborating with other creative arts colleagues to direct and advise on a range of productions throughout the year. This position will be on a fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave, starting on 15th April 2024.

■ The successful candidate will demonstrate that they can develop effective strategies to enable our students to achieve their full potential.

■ There is also an opportunity for a candidate with an interest in teaching music to link with that department.
