We are looking for a Head of Drama who is well-qualified and highly effective teacher with strong leadership skills and a vision for the development and direction of our Drama Department. The Head of Drama would be responsible for delivering an ambitious programme of academic teaching and extra-curricular drama activities, including producing and directing a whole College production at least once every two years. The creative arts flourish at Wymondham College and we would be looking for someone to work collaboratively with other key departments to increase engagement and participation from the wider College community.
