What skills and experience we're looking for

An exciting opportunity has arisen to appoint a highly qualified, skilled and experienced practitioner to lead our vibrant and successful team of 20 English teachers through the next stage of its development. Reporting to the Director of English and Literacy, the successful applicant will:

  • be an excellent teacher and leader
  • have a strong and proven track record of public examination success
  • have a strong record of raising pupil achievement at all key stages
  • have a strong and sustained record of leading teaching and learning and developing staff
