Harper Green School is seeking an ambitious and inspirational Head of English to lead our English department and drive excellent teaching and outcomes for all students. As part of Leverhulme Trust, we are committed to high expectations, strong relationships and ensuring every student can succeed.

This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside our newly appointed Director of English, who will be your direct line manager.

We are looking for an outstanding classroom practitioner with the leadership skills to inspire colleagues, promote high standards and develop a strong, collaborative department.
