Head of Estates & Capital job summary
Three Spires is seeking an experienced estates professional to join our central team in this new exciting position.
Our new Head of Estates and Capital will work across the Trust to develop our estates strategy and deliver transformative capital programmes for our academies and communities. Previous experience and understanding of Estates Management, School Condition Allocation (SCA) Management, Health & Safety and Risk Management will be essential to this role.
You will need to have exceptional communication and organisational skills and be able to manage multiple and competing deadlines. The Head of Estates and Capital will work closely with the Trust Executive Team as well as the Academy Principals to oversee our portfolio of academies. The role will initially be based at the Trust Head Office in Stafford but will involve regular travel between sites.

The post is offered on a part time, whole year basis and the Trust are keen to hear from candidates seeking the equivalent of 0.4 to 0.6fte (please state your preference on your application).
