Head of Estates job summary

Finham Park Multi Academy Trust (MAT) is a growing organisation which is currently made up of 8 schools across Coventry and Warwickshire. The Primary and Secondary schools in Finham Park MAT will set out to pioneer, innovate and deliver a “World Class” education for all.

An exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen for an inspirational senior leader to provide strategic direction as the Head of Estates. In this role you will play a key role in seeking out and implementing efficiency gains and financial savings through Finham Park MAT’s estate. You will also ensure observance to agreed standards to comply with legal, statutory and other regulations, guidelines and best practice. You will plan, develop and implement strategy for operational management of the Estates Management function to maximise organisational performance within agreed budgets and timescales.

We are looking for someone who has extensive experience of Estates and/or Facilities management and possesses strong knowledge of best practice in this area. In addition to this you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to prioritise workload and show initiative, as well as a flexible approach to work.

In return you will join a small, friendly, supportive team. There are many CPD opportunities, and the option to join the Local Government Pension Scheme.
