About the Role

As Head of Estates, you will:

  • Drive innovation in estate design and refurbishment, setting a benchmark for inclusive and future-ready learning spaces.
  • Lead strategic estate planning, compliance, and sustainability initiatives.
  • Manage capital projects, budgets, and procurement processes to deliver value and excellence.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and external partners to ensure our estate strategy supports high-quality education.

What We’re Looking For

We need someone with:

  • Proven experience in project and operations management within estates.
  • Strong knowledge of compliance, health and safety, and sustainability.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • A commitment to integrity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
