About the Role
As Head of Estates, you will:
- Drive innovation in estate design and refurbishment, setting a benchmark for inclusive and future-ready learning spaces.
- Lead strategic estate planning, compliance, and sustainability initiatives.
- Manage capital projects, budgets, and procurement processes to deliver value and excellence.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and external partners to ensure our estate strategy supports high-quality education.
What We’re Looking For
We need someone with:
- Proven experience in project and operations management within estates.
- Strong knowledge of compliance, health and safety, and sustainability.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- A commitment to integrity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
