  • Develop a data-driven estates function, including dashboards, KPIs and performance reporting

  • Lead procurement and contract management, securing high-quality services and measurable outcomes

  • Build strong relationships with headteachers and senior leaders, providing trusted advice and clear communication

  • Lead and develop the estates function, fostering a culture of professionalism, accountability and continuous improvement

Your leadership will directly shape the environments where pupils learn and staff thrive.

  • A proven track record of delivering capital projects, estates strategies and long-term investment plans

  • Experience managing contracts, suppliers and procurement to deliver value and performance

  • The ability to use data and insight to prioritise investment, manage risk and improve outcomes

  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Experience or strong interest in sustainability, decarbonisation and carbon reduction strategies

  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively

  • A leadership style that builds capability, develops teams and drives high standards across diverse locations

  • A commitment to creating safe, inclusive and sustainable learning environments
