Head of Estates job summary
The Howard Academy Trust (THAT) has a fantastic opportunity for an established or aspiring Head of Estates to join our talented and progressive Central Services team.
We are seeking a talented and experienced estates professional with a strong demonstrable track record. The successful candidate will lead across all areas of estates, including compliance, health and safety, capital project management, planned and reactive maintenance, and long-term strategy.
It is essential that the successful candidate is a natural leader who will share and champion our Central team values of “Slick, Professional, Expert” as well as fully embracing our Trust Strategic Priorities. This is an exciting role that will allow the post holder to have a Trust wide impact.
This is a full time, permanent role, all year round, paid on Tier 2: £55,000 - £68,000 per annum.
