What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking to appoint a Head of Faculty to plan and deliver challenging and engaging lessons that instill a passion for learning. You will lead a team of staff including teachers of geography, history and religious education.
You will:
- Be committed to raising the attainment of all students in a challenging classroom environment.
- Have experience of improving the quality of teaching and learning
- Be experienced in leading a team and/or working to support the success of others
- Demonstrate effective behaviour management
- Have the resolve and enthusiasm to make a real difference to the lives of students
- Be committed to Academy’s ethos of high expectations
