What skills and experience we're looking for

Knowledge and understanding of current pedagogical practice.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Awareness of educational developments in the subject area.
Experience of leading and managing at departmental/faculty level.

Involvement in School/Academy Improvement Planning Process.
NPQH / NPQSL (or working towards).
Committed to raising standards of teaching, learning and student attainment.
