What skills and experience we're looking for

Are you an experienced and dynamic science educator looking to enthuse students about your subject and raise their achievement? We are seeking a Head of Faculty for Science who can inspire both students and staff, drive academic excellence, and lead an ambitious, innovative team.

As the Head of Faculty for Science you will:

  • Provide strategic leadership for the Science Faculty, ensuring a high-quality, broad, and balanced curriculum that meets the needs of all learners.
  • Champion outstanding teaching and learning, setting high expectations for achievement and progress across Key Stages 3–5.
  • Play a pivotal role in developing enrichment opportunities and preparing students for success in external examinations.
  • Contribute to the wider leadership of the school and collaborate with colleagues across the University Schools Trust to share best practice and raise standards.

About you
