About the role:

The White Horse Federation is a Multi-Academy Trust of 30 schools in Swindon, Wiltshire, Oxfordshire and Berkshire, committed to providing the very best education for our students.

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Finance to lead our finance function and drive financial performance. As a key member of the senior team, you will oversee the Finance Manager and Field Finance Managers and provide financial advise and support including contributing financial planning and development.

We are looking for a candidate who can:

• Ensure that the Trust adheres to statutory deadlines
• Oversea the day-to-day running of the finance department, providing visible and processional leadership
• Provide sound financial advise and support including contributing to strategic finance planning, prioritisation and development
• Line manage the Finance Manager and Field Finance Managers
