We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated Head of Food to lead a successful and supportive team. The appointed person will be required to teach across KS3 and KS4, with the ability to teach all ability ranges as well as academic and vocational courses. This role involves managing the Food Team (including technicians). You will also be responsible for the management of effective and efficient teaching and learning support in key areas of the school. You will conduct regular meetings, professional development and coaching with staff, setting targets and improving performance. In addition, you will be responsible for overseeing the extra-curricular provision in the Food Department. We have a range of departmental initiatives which provide opportunities for the right candidate to cultivate their creative capabilities.
