Head of Governance & Company Secretary (Maternity Cover) job summary

Ormiston Academies Trust has an exciting opportunity available to cover our Head of Governance & Company Secretary during a period of maternity leave. We are looking for someone to start at the beginning of December 2024 and cover the role until the end of December 2025. This includes handover time at both ends of the cover period.

This is an exciting opportunity for experience in the governance of a large multi-academy trust. There will be a comprehensive handover and a fantastic team around you to support you in delivering the role over a 13month period.

We are looking for someone that has experience in education governance who could work with the trust board and our school governors to support governance across the Trust.
