The postholder will act as Company Secretary and Data Protection Officer (DPO) for the Trust, ensuring all statutory, legal, and regulatory requirements are fully met. They will oversee the Trust’s complaints process, ensuring consistency, fairness, and transparency, and will also support governance across the Orion Community Impact Charity.
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, the postholder will be a key source of assurance and professional advice to Trustees, Members, and senior leaders, ensuring that Orion’s governance reflects the highest standards of accountability and integrity.
