Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for governance and education? INMAT is seeking a Head of Governance & Compliance to join our executive team and help shape the future of our trust.
As our Head of Governance & Compliance, you will:

Ensure exemplary governance across our Board and Local Academy Committees
β
Lead on statutory compliance and data management
β
Act as Company Secretary, overseeing legal and regulatory duties
β
Drive a culture of integrity, transparency and collaboration
β
Support recruitment, induction and development of trustees and governors
