We’re Hiring: Head of Governance & Compliance
📍 Location: Lamport / Remote | 💼 Salary: Up to £50,000 | 🕒 Full-time, 52 weeks
Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for governance and education? INMAT is seeking a Head of Governance & Compliance to join our executive team and help shape the future of our trust.
As our Head of Governance & Compliance, you will:
✅ Ensure exemplary governance across our Board and Local Academy Committees
✅ Lead on statutory compliance and data management
✅ Act as Company Secretary, overseeing legal and regulatory duties
✅ Drive a culture of integrity, transparency and collaboration
✅ Support recruitment, induction and development of trustees and governors
