What You’ll Do:

  • Lead with Impact: Foster sector-leading governance at all levels.
  • Cultivate Communication: Enhance collaboration between the Board, committees, and executive teams.
  • Ensure Compliance: Align our governance framework with regulatory requirements and our mission.
  • Advise and Support: Guide the Trust Board and Members on governance matters.
  • Empower Teams: Develop a vibrant culture of governance and support our Local Governing Boards.

Who You Are:

  • Qualified: Professional qualification (NVQ5/6/Degree) in a relevant discipline.
  • Experienced: Proven track record in senior governance roles within education or charity sectors.
  • Skilled Communicator: Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for clear, concise advice.
  • Collaborative Leader: Builds strong relationships and values teamwork.
