What You’ll Do:
- Lead with Impact: Foster sector-leading governance at all levels.
- Cultivate Communication: Enhance collaboration between the Board, committees, and executive teams.
- Ensure Compliance: Align our governance framework with regulatory requirements and our mission.
- Advise and Support: Guide the Trust Board and Members on governance matters.
- Empower Teams: Develop a vibrant culture of governance and support our Local Governing Boards.
Who You Are:
- Qualified: Professional qualification (NVQ5/6/Degree) in a relevant discipline.
- Experienced: Proven track record in senior governance roles within education or charity sectors.
- Skilled Communicator: Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for clear, concise advice.
- Collaborative Leader: Builds strong relationships and values teamwork.
