What skills and experience we're looking for

Would you like to work in a school where “pupils thrive,” where there is an “excitement about learning,” where “conduct is exemplary” and where “high expectations are set by staff and pupils live up to them”? (Ofsted February 2022). If so, we are seeking to appoint a Head of History who is passionate about their subject and has the drive to inspire and empower the young minds of our students at Noel-Baker Academy. The successful candidate will be required to teach across the full age and ability range of the school. They will lead a small team of staff in delivering the History curriculum.
