Starting Salary (pro rata): £24,359.01 (FTE £27,612.00) 

The role:  

Are you a proactive, enthusiastic, and supportive individual? If so, Smestow Academy may have an exciting opportunity for you. We are seeking to appoint a House PA to provide vital pastoral and administrative support in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. In this role, you will work closely with the Head of House, playing a key part in delivering day-to-day clerical assistance. 

The role:
Are you a self-motivated, enthusiastic and supportive individual? If so, Smestow Academy may have the perfect opportunity for you. Our Head of House PAs provide pastoral and administrative support in a fast-paced working environment. They play a key role in facilitating the day-to-day clerical support working closely with the Head of House.

Some of the main responsibilities of the role include first day absence calls, attending parental meetings to take notes and maintaining pupil records.

About you:
To be successful for this role you should: 

Have at least GCSE Grade C (or equivalent) in English and Maths; 

Be experienced in working in similar administrative roles; 

Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, alongside strong IT skills; 

Have the ability to handle highly confidential information.
