Introduction
An opportunity has arisen for the appointment of a Head of House. The successful candidate will have a firm commitment to providing a co-operative, comprehensive, inclusive, proactive and responsive pastoral support system, which allows barriers to learning to be reduced and outcomes maximised.
The successful candidate will provide an approach and atmosphere in which all agencies and staff (internal and external) provide support, work together effectively for the common good of students and the School. The successful candidate will ensure all students have a sense of being supported, cared for and belonging to the School. ( See Job Description attached)
