Head of Human Resources job summary
Beckfoot Trust is seeking a proactive, experienced HR practitioner to play a key role in supporting our people processes and helping us to create an inclusive and high-performing work environment. We are looking for someone who:
- Lead and develop a trusted, centralised HR service - setting clear standards and building strong relationships
- Provide authoritative advice on employment law, employee relations and casework - balancing risk, fairness and pragmatism
- Shape and embed people policies, process and HR systems that are consistent, compliant and user friendly
- Champion our mission - creating remarkable schools where no child is left behind - through excellent people leadership
As Head of HR, you'll lead on employee relations, people policy, workforce planning and HR operations across our Trust, driving continual improvement in our ways of working and ensuring our leaders receive consistent, high-quality HR support.
This role is a permanent, all year round position for 37 hours per week.
