We are seeking an exceptional and visionary teacher to lead our Identity Curriculum, bringing together Religious Studies and PSHCE into an inspiring programme that helps students explore who they are and how they relate to others. This is an exciting opportunity for an innovative leader who believes education should go beyond academic success and help students explore identity, belief, culture, ethics and their place in society.
At the heart of our school is a commitment to helping young people navigate an increasingly complex and diverse world. Through our Identity Curriculum, students engage with questions of belief, culture, ethics, relationships and global responsibility. We want them to leave school not only academically successful, but also thoughtful, reflective and confident in understanding both their own identity and the perspectives of others.
The successful candidate will play a central role in shaping and championing this vision. By bringing together Religious Studies with our innovative iGen personal development programme and iDAY cross-curricular events, you will lead a dynamic curriculum that encourages curiosity, respectful dialogue and meaningful reflection. You will inspire colleagues and students alike, ensuring that identity, belonging and ethical thinking are woven meaningfully throughout the life of the school.
