We are looking for an individual with the vision, knowledge and credibility to shape the next phase of our provision - ensuring outstanding trainee experiences, excellent outcomes, compliance with national statutory requirements, and a strong pipeline of teachers for Lincolnshire schools.
You will be responsible for the strategic, operational and quality assurance leadership of ITT, working closely with school partners, senior Trust leaders, and external stakeholders to deliver an ambitious, inclusive and research-informed curriculum, which achieves successful outcomes.
If you are a dynamic and inspiring leader - innovative, outward-facing, highly organised, data-driven and committed to developing the next generation of teachers - we would love to hear from you.
