Head of IT and Digital Services job summary

As Head of IT and Digital Services, you will lead and shape the Trust's digital strategy, ensuring our technology infrastructure, systems and services support both operational excellence and educational outcomes. This is a strategic leadership role with responsibility for cyber security, compliance, supplier management, digital innovation and driving value from technology investment across all Trust schools.

We're looking for an experienced and forward-thinking leader who can think strategically while remaining hands-on when needed. You'll work closely with senior leaders and trustees, manage our IT teams, and help define how emerging technologies, including AI, can be adopted safely and effectively to support the Trust's long-term ambitions.
