Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver a forward‑thinking digital strategy that modernises the school’s systems, enhances learning, and supports long‑term organisational goals.
  • Oversee the design, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the school’s network, servers, cloud services, and core digital platforms to ensure reliability, security, and scalability.
  • Lead on safeguarding digital assets by implementing robust cybersecurity measures, monitoring risks, and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Ensure high‑quality, user‑centred IT support for staff and students, driving a culture of responsiveness, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
  • Identify and introduce emerging technologies that enhance teaching, learning, and operational efficiency, ensuring the school remains at the forefront of digital practice.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team, fostering a collaborative, proactive, and high‑performing culture.
