Head of Learning Key Stage 4 - English Teacher
Role: Head of Learning English Teacher
Remuneration: MPS/ UPS & TLR 2c

We have an exciting opportunity for a strong classroom teacher to join the pastoral team as Head of Learning at The Excelsior Academy.
The Head of Learning’s main purpose is;
ensure high standards of social, personal and academic development for all students
agree support and interventions; addressing the needs of students in your year group
To be accountable for the progress and attainment of all students and groups of students within the year group to overcome barriers to learning
ensure high standards of learning, behaviour and appearance for all students in a given cohort.
The successful candidate will be organised, friendly and possess a positive work ethic.
