Head of Key Stage job summary
We are excited to advertise the opportunity for a Key Stage Lead and welcome applications from ambitious, high-quality practitioners from all subject backgrounds. This is a pivotal role within the academy, designed for a highly motivated and organised individual who is passionate about combining academic excellence with strategic pastoral leadership
As Key Stage Lead, you will be responsible for the personal development, welfare, and progress of all pupils within your phase, ensuring that every child is equipped to lead a happy and successful life. You will be a flexible leader who enables pupils to maintain excellent learning habits while fostering independence and resilience through the development of strong, sustainable routines. The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, demonstrating a proven ability to work effectively with young people and their families. You will hold the highest aspirations for our pupils and be committed to ensuring they have the very best opportunities to succeed in all areas of their lives.
