We're looking for a dedicated non-teaching Head of Key Stage 3 to join our fantastic pastoral team at Broadlands Academy. Within this role, you will be responsible for the welfare of all students within Years 7, 8 and 9. You will be instrumental in supporting the Senior Leadership Team to build and maintain a disciplined, yet caring ethos across the school. We are looking for someone who can: * promote and support positive behaviour and high levels of attendance from students * develop and deliver strategies to improve pastoral care across their year group. * liaise with students, staff, teachers, families, and agencies where required * support teachers to provide consistent pastoral care to students within their tutor group This is an opportunity to make a tangible impact on the lives of young people.
