Head of Languages (0.6-0.8) job summary

The position would suit an experienced candidate or a more recently qualified teacher looking for their first step-up into middle leadership. Currently, we offer Spanish from Year 7 to Year 11. This is an exciting opportunity to continue the development of Spanish teaching at Holbrook and we are open to introducing other languages.

You should:-

  • be an excellent classroom practitioner with a commitment to supporting students to achieve their full potential in Spanish.
  • be a committed team player with high levels of professionalism and the desire to develop and enhance teaching within the department to ensure inspirational lessons are delivered for our students.

Holbrook Academy is a popular secondary school to the south of Ipswich, easily accessible from the A12 and A14.
