Head of Languages job summary
Following promotion of our current Head of Languages, we are now seeking an experienced and talented languages teacher to lead our French and Spanish provision. Students have 10% of their key stage 3 curriculum time studying either French or Spanish throughout year 7 and 8. Half way through year 9 they begin options and can choose to study either or both languages at GCSE. Both French and Spanish are also offered at A level, and the school is also open to the possibility of offering other languages at GCSE or A level. The successful candidate will be a great communicator and organizer, managing a small but highly motivate team of 5 specialist language teachers.
