Unrivalled Leadership Support & Development

This is an exceptionally important role and the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) is fullycommitted to your success. We have carved out a bespoke, robust and long-term programmeof support to ensure you are empowered to build a top-performing Maths team:

- School-based Support: Dedicated, regular 1:1 coaching and mentoring sessions with amember of the Miltoncross Senior Leadership Team. This provides you with directoperational guidance, strategic advice and a supportive sounding board right here on-siteas you navigate your new responsibilities.

- Trust-Wide Collaboration: Ongoing strategic and operational leadership support from acollection of experienced leaders across Kemnal.

- Induction & Mentoring: A comprehensive, structured induction programme paired withregular mentoring and/or coaching from our Trust lead for Maths.

- T&L and Pedagogy Support: Access to hands-on, direct support with teaching, learningand curriculum design from Kemnal’s subject specialists and Regional Directors.
