We are seeking an enthusiastic, committed, and hardworking Head of Maths who knows how to deliver exceptional outcomes. You will be committed to achieving excellence for all students, developing your team and curriculum to ensure the best outcomes for all.

If you are someone who has the passion and drive to really accelerate and evolve our Maths pedagogical approach and develop exciting approaches to learning, we would love to hear from you.

Our aim is to ensure that the five-year journey from years 7 to 11 builds both confident mathematicians by raising outcomes and genuinely transforming lives but also ensuring students leave LCA loving maths and being able to apply it confidently to their everyday lives!
