The Role
As Head of MFL, you will:
- Lead and manage the Modern Foreign Languages department, with a focus on delivering excellent outcomes for all students.
- Play a key role in developing curriculum strategy and ensuring high standards of teaching and learning across Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Inspire and support colleagues to innovate in the classroom and drive continuous improvement.
- Contribute to wider school life, championing inclusion, academic excellence, and personal development.
About You
We are looking for a dynamic, forward-thinking leader who:
- Is a qualified teacher with strong experience teaching Spanish across KS3 and KS4.
- Has a proven track record of improving outcomes and driving whole-school improvement.
- Is passionate about developing others and creating an inspiring culture of learning.
- Brings energy, integrity, and a deep commitment to the success and wellbeing of all students.
