What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking to appoint a Head of Modern Foreign Languages, to be a role model and to deputise the Faculty Leader when and where appropriate. The ideal candidate will be an ambitious professional with the ability to teach MFL at KS3, KS4 and KS5.
You will join an experienced team who are passionate about innovative teaching with a focus on continual improvement. You will have the opportunity to teach at both GCSE and A level and to join a team of outstanding practitioners who share a passion for excellence.
As a valued leader, you will use your sphere of influence to play an important part in taking TDA from Good to Great, and we can promise it’ll be an exciting and rewarding journey.
